What is a motorised curtain system?
An electric motor and compatible track that open or close curtains through a remote, app, wall switch or automation system.
Can Decode automate existing curtains?
In many projects, existing curtains can be retained while the track and drive system are upgraded. Final compatibility depends on curtain weight, heading style and installation conditions.
How much weight can DEC-C75 handle?
The DEC-C75 is designed for curtain loads in the 90–100 kg range when paired with a suitable track and installation.
Can Decode motors work with Alexa and Google Home?
Yes. Compatible configurations can be controlled through Alexa, Google Home and a mobile app.
What is the motor warranty?
Decode provides a five-year warranty on DEC-C75, DEC-25 and DEC-35 motors. Tracks, remotes, accessories and installation are excluded.
