Website purpose

The website provides general information about Decode Motor products, controls, track systems, support and warranty. Website content is informational and is not, by itself, a binding quotation, offer or professional installation advice.

Product information and selection

We aim to keep information accurate, but specifications, appearance, compatibility and availability may change. Performance depends on correct motor selection, curtain or blind size, load, track configuration, wiring, installation and site conditions. Confirm final requirements with our team before ordering or installation.

Enquiries and WhatsApp

Submitting the website form prepares a WhatsApp message and does not create an order. You control whether the message is sent. Communications through WhatsApp and other third-party services are also governed by those services’ terms and policies.

Pricing, orders and delivery

Prices are not displayed on this website. Quotations, taxes, payment, delivery, installation, cancellation and other commercial terms are confirmed separately for each transaction. An order is accepted only when confirmed by ELEVATE AUTOMATION or an authorised seller.

Motor warranty

Any stated five-year warranty applies only to eligible Decode motor units and not to remotes, tracks, accessories, wiring, installation or civil work. Coverage is subject to proof of purchase, inspection and the conditions described on our Motor Warranty page and applicable invoice or sale terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Decode Motor branding, product materials, photographs, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to ELEVATE AUTOMATION. They may not be copied, altered, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ELEVATE AUTOMATION is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over ELEVATE AUTOMATION’s principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
